Ground Shipping Charges
We ship our ground packages using FedEx. Shipping charges are based on total weight of the entire order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed for shipment 7 days a week. Normal shipping turnaround times apply, with exceptions for our shipping partners' terms of delivery and scheduling options, holidays, inclement weather, and any unforseen scheduling delays such as accidents, natural disasters, or other delays that are out of our control. Customers will not hold Oliver's Collar liable for delays. Oliver's Collar and OLIVERSCOLLAR.COM approve no whole or partial refunds for delayed deliveries, unless discussed and approved directly with or by OWNER. Canceling Orders
